Shipping Labels for Outer-Wrap Protection

These 5" x 6" labels carry a bold "Do Not Cut" warning in white, red and black so handlers see the instruction before they slice into a pallet or carton. The roll holds 500 labels on silicone-coated release paper that feeds cleanly through desktop dispensers or hand application. Made in USA, they suit warehouses, fulfilment centres and small shippers who need a clear visual barrier on outer packaging.

Upgrading From Hand-Written Warnings

Hand-marked "Do Not Cut" notes fade, smudge or get missed during busy loading docks. Pre-printed rolls replace that inconsistency with a uniform, high-contrast message that survives handling and weather exposure. The jump is worth it when mis-cut shipments cause returns, damage claims or safety incidents that cost more than the roll itself.

Limits of Paper Labels on Silicone Liner

Paper stock with a silicone-coated liner performs well on clean, dry corrugated surfaces but loses adhesion on dusty, wet or frozen cartons. The permanent adhesive is not rated for prolonged UV exposure or chemical splash, so labels applied to outdoor-stored wrap may degrade faster. Users needing waterproof or chemical-resistant identification should evaluate film-based alternatives.

Questions about this item

What size label dispenser or holder fits the 5" x 6" labels on a 500-label roll?

The labels measure five inches by six inches, so choose a dispenser or spindle that accepts at least a six-inch width and a roll diameter large enough for 500 labels.

How do I apply these labels from the silicone-coated release liner without tearing them?

Peel each label slowly from the silicone-coated release paper at a low angle, press firmly from the centre outward, and avoid bending the backing sharply or the label may rip.

When should I replace the roll, and how many labels remain at that point?

The roll contains 500 labels; replace it when the last label is used or if the release liner runs out before the count is reached.
