Static-Sensitive Warning Labels

These yellow-and-black labels measure .625" by 2" and come 500 to a roll on silicone-coated release paper. They are designed to alert handlers that the enclosed devices are vulnerable to electrostatic discharge. The roll format suits shipping departments and packing stations that process high volumes of sensitive components. Made in the USA.

Shipping Teams Needing ESD Alerts

Warehouse staff, mail-room operators and electronics assemblers who must mark static-sensitive packages quickly will find the roll format efficient. Buyers who require larger labels for visibility on bulky cartons or who need a different warning message should look at other options. The fixed text and colour scheme cannot be customised.

500 Labels Per Roll Capacity

A single roll supplies 500 individual warnings, covering hundreds of small to medium parcels before replacement is needed. The paper stock adheres well to standard corrugated boxes and padded mailers. Very high-volume operations may find the roll runs out quickly and will need to keep spare rolls on hand.

Questions about this item

What surface do I need to apply these 5/8" x 2" static-sensitive labels onto?

The labels use a standard pressure-sensitive adhesive on silicone-coated release paper, so they stick to clean, dry cardboard, plastic, metal or static-shielding bags without extra equipment.

Will the yellow and black print stay legible if I store the roll near older inventory that uses different label stock?

Yes, each roll is self-contained on its own release liner, so the 500 labels do not interact with adjacent stock and the contrast remains clear.

How can I confirm the 500-label count is correct after I open the roll?

Count the individual 5/8" x 2" labels on the liner; the roll is manufactured to contain exactly 500 pieces.
