Fragile Labels for Shipping

These 4" x 4" fragile labels arrive on a roll of 500 pieces for high-volume mailing operations. White stock with red print makes the handling warning immediately visible to carriers and warehouse staff. The silicone-coated release liner allows quick, clean dispensing at packing stations. They suit e-commerce fulfilment, distribution centres and any shipper marking delicate goods.

Paper Stock and Adhesive Performance

The label face is standard paper stock designed for indoor transit environments. Adhesive bonds reliably to corrugated cartons, poly mailers and padded envelopes without special surface preparation. No thermal-transfer ribbon or direct-thermal printer is required; labels are pre-printed and applied by hand or desktop dispenser. The release liner resists tearing during rapid peel-off.

Roll Format and Build Integration

A single roll supplies 500 labels, reducing change-over frequency on busy pack lines. The compact roll fits common benchtop dispensers and hand-held applicators without additional hardware. Labels ship flat in protective packaging and are ready to use on arrival. Buyers needing waterproof film labels, custom branding or larger warning panels will need a different product.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 4" x 4" fragile labels from the roll without tearing the paper stock?

Peel each label from the silicone-coated release liner and press firmly onto a clean, dry surface; the liner prevents the adhesive from sticking to itself on the roll.

Will the red print on these white labels fade if the package sits in sunlight during transit?

The red ink on the white paper stock is designed for standard shipping conditions; prolonged direct UV exposure may cause gradual fading over time.

At what point does the adhesive on these labels lose its grip during long-haul shipping?

The adhesive maintains its bond across normal temperature ranges encountered in mailing; extreme heat or moisture are the first factors that reduce holding power.
