Fragile Shipping Labels

These 2" x 3" labels alert handlers that the contents are delicate instruments. Each roll supplies 500 self-adhesive pieces printed in white, red and black on paper stock with a silicone-coated release liner. They are manufactured in the USA and ship within a few days.

Upgrade from Handwritten Warnings

Pre-printed rolls replace hand-written notes or generic tape that can smudge or be overlooked. The jump is worth it when shipment volume makes consistent, legible marking faster than marking each box by hand.

Limits of Pressure-Sensitive Paper

The adhesive bonds to clean corrugated cartons but may not stick reliably to dusty, wet or heavily textured surfaces. Paper stock can tear if a package is dragged across rough pallets, and the print is not rated for prolonged outdoor exposure.

Questions about this item

What size surface does each 2" x 3" label need to adhere to?

Each label measures two by three inches and requires a clean, dry area at least that large for proper adhesion on boxes, crates or instrument cases.

How do I apply the labels from the silicone-coated release liner without tearing them?

Peel each label straight back against the liner rather than lifting upward; the silicone coating lets the label release cleanly when pulled at a low angle.

When will the roll of 500 labels need to be replaced in a busy shipping department?

The roll contains 500 labels; replacement timing depends on daily shipment volume, so track usage against that count to plan reorders.
