Shipping warning labels for freight handlers

These fluorescent green and black labels measure three by five inches and are supplied on a roll of five hundred. They are designed to alert carriers that a liftgate is required at the delivery point. The pressure-sensitive adhesive bonds to corrugated cartons, stretch film and pallet wrap. Each roll is manufactured in the USA on silicone-coated release paper for clean dispensing.

Indoor storage stability and handling

The paper stock and adhesive are formulated for typical warehouse temperatures and humidity levels. Rolls remain flat and feed cleanly through desktop or handheld dispensers without curling. No special climate control is needed for normal office or dock storage. The permanent adhesive resists peeling during transit vibration and temperature swings.

Roll format suits high-volume shipping desks

A single roll delivers five hundred labels, reducing change-over frequency during peak dispatch periods. The core fits standard label dispensers and applicator guns used in mailrooms and loading bays. Fluorescent green pigment ensures the warning remains visible under low-light dock conditions. Made in the USA on silicone-coated release liner for reliable feed.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 3 x 5 in Liftgate Required labels to packages?

Peel each label from the silicone-coated release paper and press firmly onto a clean, dry surface; the step people miss is skipping surface cleaning, which causes edges to lift during transit.

When will the fluorescent green and black print fade enough to need a new roll?

The ink stays legible for typical shipping cycles; replace the roll once the green fluorescence dulls or the black text becomes hard to read under warehouse lighting.

What stops me from printing more than 500 labels from one roll?

The roll contains exactly 500 die-cut labels; when the last one is used the core is empty and a new roll is required.
