High-visibility "Do Not X-Ray" labels protect magnetic media during shipping, 500 per roll

  • High-visibility warning protects magnetic media during transit

  • 500 labels per roll supports high-volume shipping operations
  • Silicone-coated release liner allows quick, clean application
  • USA manufacture indicates consistent quality control

High-Visibility Shipping Labels

Decker Tape Products, Inc. supplies fluorescent red and black labels printed with a clear Do Not X-Ray warning for magnetic media shipments. Each roll contains five hundred labels measuring three inches by five inches on silicone coated release paper. The product is manufactured in the USA and ships new in a ready-to-dispense roll.

Ideal for Mailroom and Data Protection

These labels suit mailroom staff, IT departments and archives that send backup tapes, reels or disks through carriers using X-ray screening. The bright colour and bold text help handlers identify sensitive items quickly. Operations that ship non-magnetic parcels or need custom warning text will not find the right message on this roll.

Quantity Decides Suitability

The roll delivers exactly five hundred labels, so the purchase hinges on whether that volume matches your shipping cycle. A high-volume mail centre will consume a roll quickly, while a small office may keep it for months. No other specification overrides this count.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 3-inch by 5-inch labels from the roll, and what step is often missed?

Peel each label from the silicone-coated release paper and press firmly onto a clean, dry surface; the step often missed is ensuring the surface is free of dust or moisture before application.

Will the fluorescent red and black print on these paper labels fade or need replacement over time?

The paper stock and ink are designed for shipping durability; replacement is only needed if labels become illegible from abrasion, moisture, or extended UV exposure.

What limits how many of the 500 labels I can use in a continuous mailing session?

The roll holds 500 labels, so the first limit is the roll length; after those are used, a new roll is required to continue.
