Shipping label roll for high-volume mailrooms

This roll supplies 500 white labels with black print on silicone-coated release paper. Each label measures 4 by 4.75 inches and is designed for poison hazard marking. The continuous roll format suits desktop dispensers and automated applicators in busy shipping departments.

Thermals noise and power draw not applicable

These are passive paper labels that require no electricity, generate no heat and produce no audible noise during application. They add negligible weight to parcels and impose no power-supply demands on any equipment.

Silicone release liner enables clean dispensing

The silicone-coated backing lets each label peel cleanly without tearing or leaving adhesive residue on the liner. This reduces jams in label guns and printers while keeping the work area tidy. Made in the USA, the roll ships within two to three days.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 4.75 inch wide roll into a desktop label dispenser without the labels jamming?

Thread the silicone coated release paper so the white black labels feed from the bottom of the roll, then advance the first label past the peel bar before closing the dispenser cover.

When will the adhesive on these paper labels start to lose tack if the roll is stored in a warm warehouse?

The silicone coated release paper protects the adhesive, but prolonged heat above room temperature can degrade tack within months; store the roll flat in a cool dry area.

At what print volume does the 500 label roll require replacement during a high volume shipping day?

Each roll contains 500 labels, so a station printing more than 500 parcels per shift will need a fresh roll before the shift ends.
