3" x 10" Yellow Do Not Double Stack Labels

These bright yellow labels with black text warn handlers not to stack pallets or cartons. Each roll supplies 500 labels on silicone-coated release paper for clean dispensing. The adhesive backing suits corrugated boxes, stretch wrap and other common shipping surfaces. They are made in the USA and ship within a few days.

Replaces hand-written warnings and generic tape

Pre-printed legends eliminate illegible marker notes and reduce the chance a stack gets crushed in transit. The roll format speeds application on high-volume packing lines compared with single-sheet labels. The jump is worth it when daily shipment counts make manual marking a bottleneck.

Limited to flat, clean surfaces

The paper stock will not adhere reliably to dusty, oily or heavily textured substrates. Extreme cold or prolonged moisture exposure can degrade the adhesive bond. The labels are not designed for automatic print-and-apply systems that require linerless or fan-folded media.

Questions about this item

What size surface does the 3" x 10" label need for full adhesion?

The label measures three inches by ten inches, so the application surface must provide at least that rectangular area for complete contact.

How do I apply these labels from the silicone coated release paper without tearing them?

Peel each label slowly from the silicone coated release liner at a low angle, pressing from the centre outward to avoid wrinkles or tears.

When will the roll of 500 labels need to be replaced in a busy shipping department?

A roll contains 500 labels; replacement timing depends on daily shipment volume, so divide your average parcels per day into 500 to estimate roll life.
