High-Speed PLA+ Filament 1.75mm

Deeplee Rapid PLA Plus is a 1.75mm polylactic acid filament on a 1kg cardboard spool. It is formulated for high fluidity and rapid cooling, enabling print speeds up to 600mm/s on compatible high-speed FDM printers. The material delivers improved toughness and mechanical strength over standard PLA, reducing cracking or breaking under stress. Dimensional accuracy is held to ±0.02mm for consistent extrusion.

Build Integration and Compatibility

The filament fits most standard and high-speed FDM 3D printers including models such as Neptune 4, Neptune 4 Pro, Kobra 2, K1, K1 Max, Ender 5 and M5. Neat winding on the spool prevents cross-tangling, which avoids insufficient extrusion and nozzle clogging during long prints. No specialised enclosure or hardware upgrades are required beyond a printer that accepts 1.75mm filament. Users who need multi-colour printing or soluble support materials will need additional filament types.

Thermal Settings and Power Considerations

Recommended nozzle temperature ranges from 230°C to 260°C, with a heated bed between 40°C and 60°C. Printing speed can be set between 30mm/s and 600mm/s depending on printer capability and model complexity. The filament’s high fluidity at temperature allows fast layer deposition without excessive stringing. Power draw and acoustic profile are determined by the printer hardware rather than the filament itself.
