Attachable two-tier file organizer

The Deflect-O 400003 clamps to a desk edge with a spring-loaded mechanism and installs in seconds. A gray ABS plastic frame holds two front-loading compartments sized for letter folders plus a deep supply tray. Soft padding on the clamp protects the desktop surface from scratches.

Suits seated or standing desks needing instant

Works well for anyone who wants folders, pens and a phone visible and within arm’s reach without drilling or permanent mounting. Not suited for drawers or cabinets that require a freestanding sorter, nor for legal-size files or ring binders that exceed the letter-format compartments.

Spring-loaded edge clamp with 9.96 inch width

The clamp spans 9.96 inches and grips the desk edge securely, so the organizer stays fixed while you load or remove folders. Verify your desk edge thickness and overhang before purchase; the unit cannot be used on surfaces without a suitable lip for the clamp to engage.

Questions about this item

Will the spring clamp need tightening or replacement over time?

The spring-loaded clamp is integral to the ABS plastic body and has no user-serviceable parts; if the grip weakens the whole organiser would be replaced.

Does the ABS tray warp or sag when fully loaded with letter files?

The 12″ deep ABS tray is rigid enough for standard letter folders; permanent deformation under normal office loads is not expected.

Does the organiser rattle or transmit vibration when the desk height is adjusted repeatedly?

Soft padding on the clamp contact points dampens vibration, so the unit stays quiet during sit-stand transitions.
