Clear Polystyrene Business Card and Sign Holder

The Deflecto 590601GR organiser is built from clear polystyrene and measures 11 inches high by 8 1/2 inches wide by 4 1/2 inches deep. It provides a single compartment that holds both business cards and an 8-1/2 by 11 inch sign. Office managers and reception staff can use it to keep contact details and notices visible on a mailroom counter or front desk.

Passive Material With No Power Requirements

Because the unit is a solid polystyrene tray it draws no electricity, generates no heat and produces no noise during use. The clear construction lets light pass through so printed inserts remain legible without backlighting. There are no moving parts to wear out or fans to clean, making it a zero-maintenance addition to any workspace.

Single Compartment Limits Document Separation

The holder offers exactly one pocket for cards and one for a sign, so users who need to sort multiple categories of mail or display several notices at once will find the capacity insufficient. Buyers requiring divided sections for different departments or projects should look for a multi-compartment sorter instead.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 590601GR sign and business card holder and what step do people often miss?

Place the unit on a flat surface; the step often missed is ensuring the polystyrene base sits level so the 11 in height sign and the business card compartment both remain stable.

What maintenance or replacement will the 590601GR need later?

Wipe the clear polystyrene with a soft cloth; if the material cracks or clouds, replace the entire holder since it is a single-piece unit.

What limit appears first on the 590601GR under sustained use?

The single compartment for business cards fills quickly, so capacity is the first constraint during continuous mailroom traffic.
