What it is

The Delamu 56.7in cord cover is a white PVC raceway designed to conceal one or two small cables such as a TV power lead or HDMI wire. It suits renters or homeowners who want a paintable, adhesive-backed channel for a clean wall finish.

Practical limits

The cover measures 0.55in wide by 0.4in high and is pre-cut into sections for quick layout. Adhesive tape bonds strongly to smooth, flat surfaces only; textured or uneven walls will not hold it. Removal may damage paint or drywall if not peeled slowly.

Deciding spec

Internal cross-section fits a single typical cable or up to two very small cords such as USB leads. If your installation requires routing three or more wires, or running cables through a textured wall, this raceway will not meet the need.

Questions about this item

Is the 56.7in length one piece or can I join shorter sections?

The cover is supplied as a single 56.7in length and can be connected end-to-end with additional units without separate connectors.

What does the W0.55 H0.4in cross-section mean for the cables I want to hide?

The channel fits one typical TV power, HDMI, Cat6, optical, IR or headphone cable, or up to two small cables such as USB leads.

How does the self-adhesive tape perform on different wall surfaces?

The tape is very sticky and designed for smooth, flat walls only; it is not suitable for textured surfaces and should be peeled slowly to limit wall damage.
