Electric Pencil Sharpener with Three Settings

The Deli 68659 is a battery or USB powered sharpener that offers blunt, medium and sharp point settings for different pencil types. Its ABS housing measures 7.7 by 12.8 centimetres and weighs 0.2 kilograms. The motor sharpens a new pencil in about five seconds and a used one in three seconds.

Suitable for Desk Use, Not for Heavy Volume

This sharpener suits students, artists and office workers who need a compact device for occasional sharpening of standard graphite and coloured pencils. The overheating protection adds safety during repeated use. Buyers who need continuous high-volume sharpening or a larger waste reservoir should look at something else.

Dual Power: AA Batteries or USB Cable

The unit runs on two AA alkaline batteries (not included) or the included USB cable, with USB power taking priority when both are connected. It does not recharge batteries and cannot operate on both sources simultaneously. Choose this model if flexible power options match your workspace.

Questions about this item

How much desk space does the 7.7 cm by 12.8 cm sharpener need?

The unit measures 7.7 cm wide by 12.8 cm deep, so allow at least that footprint plus room for the USB cable or battery access.

What is the correct order for connecting USB power and inserting AA batteries?

Insert two alkaline AA batteries first, then plug the USB cable; the sharpener will automatically use USB power and preserve battery life.

When should I plan to replace the blade after 5000 sharpening cycles?

The blade is rated for up to 5000 rounds; replace it when pencils take longer than the usual 3 to 5 seconds to reach the selected point.
