Replacement Battery for XPS 14 15 17

This 11.1V 5200mAh lithium-ion pack fits Dell XPS 14 15 17 L401x L501x L502x L701x L702x L721x 15-1591 models. It restores original run time for owners whose factory cell no longer holds a charge. The six-cell design matches the stock form factor.

Upgrading from a Worn Original Cell

Replace the battery when the original shows rapid drain, unexpected shutdowns or physical swelling. The jump is worth it if daily unplugged use has dropped below a usable threshold. Buyers who need more capacity than 5200mAh or a different voltage should look elsewhere.

Simple Swap with Standard Tools

The pack slides into the existing bay and locks with the original latch mechanism. No soldering or firmware steps are required. What usually goes wrong is forgetting to disconnect the AC adapter first or forcing the connector misaligned, which can bend the header pins.
