Check Thunderbolt 4 and Wi-Fi 7 compatibility

Verify that your peripherals and docks support Thunderbolt 4 for full bandwidth over the USB Type-C ports. Confirm your router or access point operates on Wi-Fi 7 to use the laptop's 802.11be wireless capability. Ensure external displays accept HDMI input for video output. The 32GB memory and 2TB storage are not user-upgradeable after the factory customisation.

Factory upgrades and biometric security

The supplier opens the original seal to install the specified 32GB DDR5 memory and 2TB SSD before shipping. Questions about this item

Does the box include everything needed to start working, or must I buy a charger, stylus or docking station separately?

The laptop ships with its power adapter and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed; no stylus or dock is included in the box.

With only one 32 GB DDR5 4800 configuration listed, how do I know this capacity suits my workload?

The single 32 GB DDR5 4800 option is soldered and not user-upgradable, so choose it if 32 GB meets your multitasking needs.

What does the 5.1 GHz turbo figure actually deliver when the Ultra 9 288V is inside this 16 inch chassis?

The 8-core processor reaches 5.1 GHz on its four performance cores under light-threaded loads, while the four efficient cores handle background work.
