Dell 2VKW9 40Wh battery for Latitude 7320 2-in-1

This 2-cell lithium-ion replacement battery delivers 40Wh at 7.6V with a 5000mAh capacity. It is built for the Dell Latitude 7320 2-in-1 and matches part number 02VKW9. Owners of that specific model who need a direct power source swap will find it fits the original bay. Users of other Latitude series or non-2-in-1 chassis cannot use this pack.

Straightforward internal swap with connector care

Installation requires opening the base cover and disconnecting the old pack before fitting the new one. The cable connector is keyed but fragile; forcing it can bend pins or crack the socket. A common issue is forgetting to disable the internal battery in BIOS before removal, which risks a short. Align the connector gently and verify the latch clicks.
