New 185W replacement lamp module with housing delivers 3000 normal or 4000 economy hours for Dell projectors
The Dell 725-10193 is a new projector lamp module that combines a Philips UHP 185W bulb with its housing. It arrives fully assembled so you can install it immediately in a compatible Dell projector. The unit is built to ISO 9001 standards and carries a 180-day warranty.
This module replaces a lamp that has reached the end of its rated life or one that has suffered a premature failure. The jump is worth it when the projected image has become noticeably dim or when the projector signals a lamp warning. Rated life spans 3000 hours in normal mode and 4000 hours in economy mode.
The 185W UHP bulb generates significant heat and requires the projector’s original cooling system to operate within safe limits. Brightness will gradually decline over the rated hours and colour balance may shift as the lamp ages. The module is designed for single-projector use and cannot be adapted to other models.

The 725-10193 module is built as a direct replacement for the original Dell projector lamp that shipped with compatible Dell models; check your projector's manual for the 725-10193 part number to confirm fit.
Power off the projector and let it cool completely, then remove the old lamp cage and insert the new 725-10193 housing until it clicks; the step most people skip is resetting the lamp-hour counter in the menu so the projector tracks the new 3000/4000-hour life correctly.
Expect up to 3000 hours in normal mode or 4000 hours in economy mode before brightness drops enough to warrant a new 725-10193 module; the housing itself is replaced along with the bulb each time.
