Check your projector model

Before ordering, confirm that your Dell projector accepts the 725-10225 part number and that the 190W rating matches the original specification. The supplier notes that several versions exist, so verify the exact module your unit requires.

Assembled housing saves time

Because the bulb arrives already seated in its housing, installation is a single-step process with no alignment or tools needed. Each unit is tested to ISO 9001 standards for beam performance, ignition, voltage and run-time.

Questions about this item

Does the Dell 725-10225 lamp arrive with the bulb already fitted in the housing, or must I buy a separate housing?

The module ships as a fully assembled unit with the new Osram P-VIP 190W bulb installed in its housing, so no extra housing is required.

Which version of the 725-10225 should I pick — the original OEM, Dell-sold OEM, alternative OEM or compatible?

All four versions meet ISO 9001 quality checks for beam performance, ignition, voltage and run-time; choose the original OEM for exact factory matching or the compatible for a lower cost.

What does the 5000-hour rating mean for daily use in my projector?

At typical brightness settings the 190W lamp is rated for about 5000 hours of operation, which equals roughly four years at three to four hours per day.
