Dell 776Vt 290 W power supply

This Dell 776Vt unit delivers 290 W of power for OptiPlex 7020 and 9020 tower systems. It is a direct replacement part built to the original manufacturer specification. The supply suits IT departments maintaining fleets of these desktop workstations. Buyers needing higher wattage or a different form factor should look elsewhere.

New condition with OEM connectors

The supply arrives in new condition with the native connector layout required by the OptiPlex 7020 and 9020 tower chassis. Mounting points align with the original bracket so installation uses the existing screws. No adapter cables or modifications are needed for the supported models. Builders working on other platforms will find the pin-out and shape incompatible.

Questions about this item

Does the 290 W unit use the standard ATX connector layout for the OptiPlex 7020 and 9020 towers?

Yes, the Dell 776Vt is built to the proprietary pin-out and form factor that the OptiPlex 7020 and 9020 towers require, so the main power and CPU connectors align with the motherboard sockets.

Will the 776Vt fit the same mounting holes and chassis depth as the original supply in a 7020 or 9020 tower?

The supply shares the exact mounting bracket and depth of the factory unit, so it slides into the OptiPlex 7020 or 9020 tower chassis and secures with the original screws.
