Dell Alienware 15 R3 FHD Bezel

This genuine Dell front trim cover bezel fits the Alienware 15 R3 laptop with a 15.6 inch FHD LCD screen. It replaces a damaged or missing plastic bezel and restores the original appearance. The part includes the logo LED board for the front panel. Part number 892VY confirms the correct component.

For Alienware 15 R3 FHD owners

This bezel suits owners of the Alienware 15 R3 equipped with the 1920x1080 resolution display who need a factory replacement. It is not for laptops with QHD, UHD or touch-screen panels because the mounting points and cut-outs differ. Buyers with other Dell models or different Alienware generations should look elsewhere.

FHD resolution compatibility

The single specification that decides fitment is the Full HD 1920x1080 screen resolution of the Alienware 15 R3. Only systems with this exact panel accept the 892VY bezel. Verify the laptop screen resolution before ordering to ensure the part matches.

Questions about this item

Does the 15.6" FHD bezel add any fan noise or heat when the laptop runs all day?

The bezel is a passive plastic cover with an integrated logo LED board; it has no moving parts and draws negligible power, so it does not affect thermals or acoustics.

What must I already own for this 892VY bezel to fit and work?

You need an Alienware 15 R3 chassis equipped with the 1920x1080 FHD LCD panel; the part is not compatible with other resolutions or laptop models.

Will this 15 R3 FHD bezel align with the original hinges and webcam module I keep from my current screen assembly?

Yes, it is a genuine Dell front trim designed for the 15 R3 FHD lid, so the hinge mounts, camera cut-out and LED board connector match the factory layout.
