Genuine Dell OEM LCD lid assembly for Alienware 15

This genuine Dell OEM back cover assembly replaces the 15.6 inch LCD lid on Alienware 15 R3 laptops equipped with the optional UHD screen. The part number HD0WN matches the original factory specification. It arrives new and includes the wireless antenna cables and Tron LED lighting with cables already integrated.

Verify your exact laptop model

This assembly fits only the Alienware 15 R3 configured with a UHD display panel. Machines with lower-resolution screens use a different lid part and will not accept this cover. Confirm the presence of the factory UHD option on your unit to avoid a mismatch.

Passive component with no power draw or thermal

The lid assembly contains no active electronics, so it generates no heat and produces no audible noise during normal use. Installation simply restores the original structural and cosmetic integrity of the display housing without affecting system thermals or acoustics.
