15.6" FHD 360Hz display

The Dell Alienware X15 R1 is a 15.6-inch gaming laptop with a 1920x1080 IPS panel running at 360Hz and covering 100% sRGB. It pairs an Intel Core i7-11800H octa-core processor with 16GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB SSD. Graphics are handled by a dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GPU. Windows 11 Home comes pre-installed.

Competitive 1080p players; not 1440p native

This laptop suits gamers targeting high frame rates at 1080p resolution on the built-in 360Hz screen. The octa-core CPU and RTX 3070 8GB combination delivers strong throughput for esports titles and modern AAA games at native resolution. Users who need a larger colour gamut for professional editing or who prefer a 1440p or 4K internal panel should consider other models.

RTX 3070 8GB GPU decides fit

The single specification that determines suitability is the dedicated NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 with 8GB video memory. It defines the rendering ceiling for every title you run. If your workload demands more VRAM or higher compute tiers, this SKU will not meet the requirement; if 8GB at this tier matches your target settings, the rest of the platform supports it.
