The Dell B1163W is a three-in-one laser printer that prints, copies and scans from a single compact unit. It targets small offices or home workgroups that need monochrome output at up to 21 pages per minute on letter-size paper. A 64 MB memory buffer and a monthly duty cycle of up to 20,000 pages support regular daily workloads without constant attention.

Low-energy operation with simple controls

An Eco button reduces toner consumption and power draw at the press of a key, while an on-screen Eco Simulator shows the effect of different settings before you print. The LED display gives clear status feedback and the host-based SPL and XPS print languages keep the data path straightforward. Manual duplex printing is available when double-sided output is needed.

USB connectivity and versatile media handling

A single USB port provides the only wired interface, so the printer sits directly beside a host PC or print server. The standard tray holds 150 sheets and accepts plain, thick, thin, bond, card stock, cotton, recycled, archive, label and envelope media in sizes from A5 up to legal and folio. Copy resolution reaches 600 x 600 dpi and scan resolution can be enhanced to 4800 x 4800 dpi for detailed digital capture.
