Dell B1265DFW Monochrome Multifunction Printer

The Dell B1265DFW is a desktop laser multifunction printer built for monochrome output. It prints, copies, scans and faxes, with an automatic duplexer for two-sided pages and a maximum print speed of 29 ppm. Wireless and wired network connections are both included.

Suited for small offices needing monochrome print.

This device fits workgroups that rely on black-and-white documents and want automatic duplexing plus network sharing. It is not for users who require colour printing or colour faxing, and it does not support high-volume environments beyond a 20000-page monthly duty cycle.

Automatic duplex printing at up to 29 ppm

The built-in duplexer enables two-sided printing without manual intervention at the rated 29 ppm maximum mono speed. This single feature determines whether the printer matches workflows that depend on fast, hands-free double-sided output.

Questions about this item

Will the 29 ppm duplex speed keep up with my older desktop over Ethernet?

The Fast Ethernet port and 29 ppm maximum mono print speed let the printer match or exceed typical legacy desktop output without slowing the network.

How can I confirm the 1200 x 1200 dpi scan quality is working after setup?

Print a test page from the control panel, then scan it at 1200 dpi optical resolution and verify sharp text and fine detail in the saved file.

Does the box include a starter toner cartridge or must I buy one separately?

The printer ships with a starter toner cartridge installed; replacement cartridges are purchased separately when the starter supply runs out.
