Genuine Dell CPU door cover MD536

This genuine Dell OEM part replaces the CPU access door on Inspiron B120, B130, 1300 and Latitude 120L laptops. It restores the original protective cover for the processor compartment. The part number MD536 matches the factory specification for these models. Buyers needing a different chassis component or a cover for another laptop series will not find it here.

Plastic construction snaps into the existing hinge

The moulded plastic piece aligns with the original mounting tabs on the base enclosure. No screws or tools are required; the cover clicks into place and sits flush with the palm-rest area. It shields the CPU socket from dust and accidental contact during everyday use. Builders looking for a metal reinforcement plate or a lockable security bracket will need a separate accessory.
