A tower desktop with a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor, 16 GB DDR5 memory, 512 GB NVMe storage and an NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB GDDR7 graphics card
The Dell EBT2250 Tower Plus is a new 2025 desktop built around an Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor with 24 cores and a maximum turbo frequency of 5.6 GHz. It ships with 16 GB of DDR5 5600 MHz memory and a 512 GB NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed for immediate use.
A wired Dell KB216 keyboard and MS116 mouse are supplied in the box. The chassis provides front USB 3.2 Type-A Gen 1 ports, a USB 3.2 Type-C Gen 2 port, a headset jack and an SD card slot. Rear outputs include three DisplayPort 1.4a connectors, one HDMI 2.1a port, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 7 wireless, and additional USB 2.0 and 3.2 Type-A ports.
The 24-core CPU with integrated NPU and the RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB GDDR7 GPU handle creative workloads, local AI inference and high-refresh 1440p gaming. Buyers who need more than 16 GB of system memory or larger primary storage should consider other configurations. The fixed 512 GB drive and soldered memory layout limit future expansion.

The tower has four DDR5 slots; two are populated with 8 GB modules at 5600 MHz, so you can add two more matching sticks or replace the pair with higher-capacity DDR5 DIMMs.
The 24-core Core Ultra 9 285 can draw its maximum turbo power before the RTX 5060 Ti reaches its limit, so the CPU cooling solution becomes the first bottleneck under sustained all-core loads.
Dell's tower chassis uses a single 92 mm rear exhaust fan and a CPU air cooler; under continuous GPU and CPU load the system stays within thermal specs but fan noise rises to an audible level in a quiet room.
