DELL G423r 16X Sata Internal Dual Layer Dvd?Rw Drive

SKU CH-B1R4-XBTX6

A 16X SATA internal dual-layer DVD-RW drive for reading and writing optical discs

  • 16X write speed burns discs quickly
  • SATA interface fits standard internal bays
  • Dual-layer recording stores more data per disc
  • New condition ensures reliable performance

Dell G423r Internal Optical Drive

This Dell G423r is a new internal optical drive with a SATA interface. It writes to dual-layer DVD media at up to 16X speed. The unit fits a standard 5.25-inch bay in desktop computers. It provides basic disc reading and writing for legacy media needs.

Suits owners of older desktops needing disc access

This drive suits users who still install software or play movies from physical discs. It works for creating backup archives on affordable DVD media. Builders assembling modern systems without a 5.25-inch bay cannot install this drive. Users who only need occasional disc access may prefer an external USB alternative instead.
