Purpose-built replacement

This unit is a 1000W power supply made for Dell Precision T7400 and T7500 workstations. It matches the original H1000E-00 specification and uses the JW124 part number. The single fan provides cooling for continuous high-load operation. Input range covers 100-240V at 50/60 Hz.

Compatibility and limits

It fits only the Precision T7400 and T7500 chassis and connector layout. Builders using any other Dell model or a non-Dell case cannot use this unit. Buyers who need redundant power or a different form factor should look elsewhere.

Deciding specification

The 1000W maximum output is the figure that determines whether this PSU can support the installed CPUs, GPUs and drives. Verify the total system draw against this rating before purchase.

Questions about this item

Do I need a Dell Precision T7400 or T7500 workstation for this H1000E-00 PSU to fit and function?

Yes, the H1000E-00 is built for the Precision T7400 and T7500 chassis and connects to their native power distribution board.

Will the PSU power older PCIe cards and drives that I keep in the same Precision workstation?

The unit delivers up to 1000 W through the workstation’s standard connectors, so legacy add-in cards and storage devices receive the same rails they did with the original supply.

How can I confirm the H1000E-00 is operating correctly after installation?

Power on the workstation; the single cooling fan should spin and the system should complete POST without power-related errors.
