Ready-to-use 15.6" FHD touchscreen laptop

The Dell Inspiron 15 3520 arrives new with Windows 11 in S mode, an Intel Core i5-1155G7 quad-core processor, 16 GB of DDR4 memory and a 512 GB PCIe SSD. The 15.6 inch anti-glare IPS panel supports touch input at 1920 x 1080 resolution and a 60 Hz refresh rate. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics drives the display and external monitors via HDMI. It suits students, office workers and anyone who wants a lightweight clamshell that is ready to work immediately.

Memory ceiling and single empty slot

The system ships with 16 GB installed in one of two DDR4 3200 slots, leaving one slot free and a 64 GB maximum supported capacity. Adding a matching 16 GB or 32 GB module is the only way to increase bandwidth beyond the factory configuration. Buyers who anticipate heavy virtualization, large data-set analysis or future-proofing beyond 32 GB should plan an upgrade at purchase.

Storage headroom and upgrade path

The 512 GB PCIe solid-state drive handles the operating system, applications and a moderate media library with room to spare. The chassis supports up to 2 TB of PCIe storage, so a larger drive can be fitted later if project files or local backups grow. Users who already store terabytes of video or raw photos will need that larger drive or external storage from day one.
