This new Dell Inspiron 15 laptop pairs a 13th Generation Intel Core i7-1355U processor with 10 cores and 16GB DDR4 memory. Integrated Intel Iris Xe Graphics drive the 15.6 inch FHD touchscreen at 1920 x 1080 resolution. A 512GB PCIe SSD stores the Windows 11 Home system and Office 2024 licence.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Buyers wanting a portable touchscreen ultrabook for office work, web browsing and media streaming will match this spec. Users needing discrete graphics for gaming or rendering, a backlit keyboard, fingerprint reader or more than 512GB of internal storage should consider other configurations.

15.6 inch FHD touchscreen decides fit

The 15.6 inch 1920 x 1080 touch display is the single specification that determines whether this chassis meets the workflow. If touch input and this exact screen size are required, the laptop fits; if a non-touch panel or different diagonal is needed, it does not.
