Business Users Seeking Portable Touch

The Intel Core i7-1255U with 10 cores and 16 GB DDR4-3200 RAM suits professionals handling documents, video calls and light creative work. The 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD provides fast storage for local files. Buyers who need discrete GPU power for 3D rendering or high-frame-rate gaming should look at machines with higher-tier graphics cards.

NVIDIA GeForce MX570 Graphics

The MX570 discrete GPU adds hardware acceleration for photo editing, video playback and casual titles beyond integrated graphics. It connects via the same thermal solution as the processor. Users requiring certified ISV drivers or ray-tracing workloads will find this GPU does not meet those requirements.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 16 GB model or wait for a 64 GB version?

The laptop ships with 16 GB DDR4-3200 soldered and supports up to 64 GB total, so the listed 16 GB unit is ready to use and can be expanded later if workloads demand it.

What does the i7-1255U 4.7 GHz boost mean for everyday work?

The 10-core processor reaches 4.7 GHz on short bursts, giving snappy response in Office, browsing and light creative tasks while staying cool enough for the thin 0.72 in chassis.

Does the USB-C port carry full USB 3.2 10 Gbps speed?

The single USB 3.2 Type-C port runs at USB 3.2 Gen 2 10 Gbps and also drives the HDMI output, so external SSDs and 4K monitors work at rated throughput.
