Dell Inspiron 16 5620 laptop

This 16.0 inch touchscreen laptop runs Windows 11 Pro on a 12th Generation Intel Core i7-1255U processor with 10 cores and a 4.7 GHz maximum turbo frequency. It includes 32 GB of DDR4-3200 memory and a 512 GB NVMe SSD. The 1920 x 1200 anti-glare display supports touch input and ComfortView.

Users needing dedicated graphics power beyond

The NVIDIA GeForce MX570 handles light creative tasks and casual gaming, but buyers who want higher frame rates in modern titles or GPU-accelerated rendering for professional 3D work should look at something else. The 512 GB drive may also limit users with large local media libraries.

32 GB DDR4-3200 memory configuration

This unit ships with 32 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM installed. The platform supports up to 64 GB total, so buyers planning heavy virtualization or large dataset workloads can add more later, while 32 GB covers most productivity and multitasking needs immediately.

Questions about this item

Does the Core i7-1255U stay quiet and cool when it runs at 4.7 GHz all day?

The 10-core processor reaches 4.7 GHz, and the slim 0.72-inch chassis relies on internal fans to manage heat during sustained loads.

What must I already own to use the USB 3.2 Type-C and HDMI ports?

You need cables or adapters that match USB 3.2 Type-C and HDMI standards for monitors, docks or peripherals.

Will my older DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM modules work if I want 64 GB total?

The laptop supports up to 64 GB of DDR4-3200 memory, so compatible DDR4-3200 SO-DIMMs can be added to the existing 32 GB.
