16-inch FHD+ Touch Business Laptop

The Dell Inspiron 16 Plus 7640 is a 16-inch business laptop with an FHD+ touchscreen running Windows 11 Home. It uses an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor with 16 cores and integrated Intel Arc graphics. The system includes 16GB of DDR5 memory at 4800 MHz and a 1TB NVMe SSD. The chassis finished in Ice Blue aluminum.

Suited for touch-centric workflows not heavy GPU

This model fits professionals who want pen or finger input on a 16:10 display and need AI acceleration from the NPU for productivity apps. Buyers who require discrete graphics for rendering, gaming or compute workloads should look elsewhere. The single Thunderbolt 4 port and HDMI 1.4 output limit multi-monitor flexibility for stationary desk setups.

16GB soldered DDR5 4800 decides upgrade path

Memory is not user-expandable beyond the factory 16GB, so the installed capacity is the final capacity for the life of the device. Storage can be upgraded via the single M.2 NVMe slot. Verify that 16GB meets your workload before purchase.
