Dell Inspiron 3520 Touchscreen Work Laptop

This 15.6 inch laptop combines a 120Hz Full HD touchscreen with an 11th Gen Intel Core i5 processor, 32GB of DDR4 memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Home in a Carbon Black chassis weighing 3.65lbs.

Suited to office multitasking

The 32GB memory and fast SSD handle typical business workloads and multiple browser tabs smoothly. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics and 60Hz panel response make it unsuitable for buyers who need discrete GPU performance or higher refresh rates for gaming.

Deciding spec: 120Hz touchscreen

The display runs at 120Hz for smoother scrolling and supports touch input, but peaks at 250 nits. If your work requires outdoor visibility or colour-critical accuracy, this panel may not meet those needs.

Questions about this item

Will the 32 GB DDR4 memory need upgrading later?

The 32 GB DDR4 at 3200 MHz is the maximum this laptop supports, so no memory upgrade will be needed.

What limits performance first during long workloads?

The 65 W power adapter caps sustained CPU power, so the 11th Gen Core i5-1155G7 will throttle before thermals become the bottleneck.

How loud and hot does it get when running all day?

With a 65 W adapter and Intel UHD graphics, fan noise stays moderate and surface temperatures remain comfortable during typical business use.
