Touchscreen and ports

A 15.6 inch FHD touchscreen adds direct on-screen control for navigation and annotation. The port selection includes two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, one USB 2.0 Type-A, HDMI 1.4b output and a headset jack for external displays and peripherals.

Questions about this item

Will the 32 GB DDR4 memory need to be upgraded later?

The system ships with 32 GB DDR4 already installed, so no memory upgrade is required for typical workloads.

What limits sustained performance on the Core i5-1235U?

The 10-core processor reaches 4.4 GHz turbo, but Intel UHD Graphics and the 15 W-class design will throttle first under heavy all-day loads.

How loud and hot does the 15.6" touchscreen model get during all-day use?

Integrated graphics and a thin 0.83-inch chassis keep fan noise modest, though surface temperatures rise during prolonged turbo bursts.
