Purpose-built laptop

The Dell Inspiron 3520 15 is a 15.6-inch Windows 11 laptop built around a 12th-generation Intel Core i7-1255U processor with ten cores and a 4.7 GHz maximum boost clock. It ships with 16GB of DDR4 memory and a 512GB SSD. The 120Hz Full HD anti-glare panel and Intel Iris Xe graphics target everyday productivity and media consumption.

Who it suits and who it does not

This machine suits office workers, students and home users who value a high-refresh screen and responsive multitasking in a 3.65 lb chassis. It lacks a backlit keyboard, a fingerprint reader and discrete graphics, so buyers who need low-light typing, biometric login or heavy 3D performance should look elsewhere.

Deciding specification

The 120Hz 1920 x 1080 WVA display is the single specification that decides fit; if your workflow needs a faster panel, higher resolution or touch input, this is not the right part.
