Dell Inspiron 3520 15 laptop

This Dell Inspiron 3520 15 laptop ships new with Windows 11 Pro and an Office 2024 licence. A 15.6 inch FHD 1920 x 1080 display and Intel Iris Xe graphics drive everyday visuals. The Intel Core i7-1255U runs 10 cores and 12 threads at a 1.2 GHz base with a 4.7 GHz turbo. 32 GB DDR4 memory and a 2 TB PCIe SSD complete the platform.

Who this suits and who it does not

The machine suits office workers, students and remote professionals who need a 15.6 inch screen, ample memory and fast storage for multitasking and video calls. Buyers who want a touchscreen, a backlit keyboard or a fingerprint reader should look elsewhere. Gamers and creators needing discrete graphics or higher sustained CPU power will find the integrated Iris Xe limiting.

Capacity and headroom

32 GB DDR4 and a 2 TB PCIe SSD give generous headroom for large document sets, local media libraries and many browser tabs. The 10-core i7-1255U handles heavy multitasking and burst workloads up to 4.7 GHz. Integrated Iris Xe graphics run out of steam with modern 3D titles, GPU compute or multi-monitor 4K output.
