Dell Inspiron 3520 touchscreen laptop

The Dell Inspiron 3520 is a 15.6 inch Full HD touchscreen laptop running Windows 11 Pro. It uses a 12th Generation Intel Core i5-1235U 10-core processor with a 4.40GHz turbo frequency and 12MB L3 cache. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics drives the 1920 x 1080 display. The system includes 32GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB SSD.

Suits office work and study; not for heavy GPU tasks

This configuration suits professionals and students who need a responsive touchscreen for productivity, web browsing and multitasking. The 32GB DDR4 memory and large 2TB SSD support demanding workloads and extensive local storage. Buyers who need discrete graphics for rendering, gaming or GPU acceleration should look at a different system. The integrated graphics and Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity cover standard peripheral and display needs.

2TB SSD capacity decides storage fit

The single specification that decides whether this is the right part is the 2TB SSD. It provides substantial space for applications, project files and media without external drives. If your workflow requires more internal capacity or a different drive format, this unit will not match that requirement. The 10-core processor and 32GB DDR4 memory complement the storage for smooth operation.

Questions about this item

Will the 15.6" Full HD touchscreen lid close flat in a standard 15.6-inch laptop sleeve?

The 15.6-inch chassis follows the common footprint for this screen size, so it fits sleeves and bags labelled for 15.6-inch laptops.

What is the correct order to seat the 32GB DDR4 modules during a memory upgrade?

Power off, remove the base cover, insert each module at an angle into the SO-DIMM slots until the clips click, then replace the cover before booting.

When will the 2TB SSD need replacement under typical daily workloads?

Modern SSDs of this capacity generally last several years; monitor SMART health in Windows 11 Pro and replace if reallocated sectors or wear indicators rise.
