Inspiron 3520 with 48 GB memory

The Inspiron 3520 is a 15.6 inch laptop that ships new with Windows 11 Pro. It uses a 12th generation Intel Core i3 1215U processor with six cores and a turbo frequency of 4.4 GHz. Integrated graphics handle the 1920 x 1080 FHD non-touch display. A 2 TB SSD and 48 GB of RAM complete the core specification.

Suits buyers who need large memory

This configuration serves users who open many browser tabs, run office suites or keep large local files and want 48 GB of memory without a later upgrade. The 2 TB drive removes the immediate need for external storage. Buyers who want a dedicated graphics processor for 3D work or gaming should look at a different system.

Core i3 1215U with six cores and 4.4 GHz turbo

The processor is the single specification that defines whether this laptop fits the workload. Its six cores reach 4.4 GHz under turbo boost, providing enough throughput for typical productivity and multitasking. If the workflow demands sustained high clock speeds or discrete GPU acceleration, this silicon will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

What is included with the Inspiron 3520 and what must I purchase separately?

The laptop ships with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled, a 15.6 inch FHD non-touch display, 48GB RAM, a 2TB SSD, integrated graphics, an HD webcam, 802.11ac wireless LAN and Bluetooth. No extra parts are required for basic operation.

Which specification version should I choose for the Inspiron 3520?

This model is offered in a single configuration: Intel Core i3-1215U 6-core processor at 3.3GHz with 4.4GHz turbo, 48GB memory and a 2TB SSD. There are no alternative capacities or versions to select.

What does the 4.4GHz turbo figure mean in everyday use?

The 4.4GHz turbo is the maximum single-core speed the i3-1215U can reach for short bursts when thermal headroom allows. Sustained workloads will run at lower clocks across the 6 cores.
