Hardware fixed, no internal upgrades

Memory and storage are soldered or integrated, so the configuration cannot be changed after purchase. Installation is limited to unboxing, connecting the power adapter and completing the Windows setup wizard. The most common issue is forgetting to install driver updates that enable the webcam privacy shutter and touch firmware.

Verify charger and port needs

Confirm the included power adapter matches your local mains voltage and plug type. Check that the available HDMI and USB ports suit your external display and peripheral requirements. The integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics suit office and light creative work but cannot drive high-refresh gaming monitors.
