Who this suits and who it does not

This laptop suits people who want a large touchscreen for office work, study or media consumption and need plenty of memory and fast storage out of the box. Buyers who need a dedicated graphics card for gaming or heavy 3D rendering should look elsewhere. It also lacks a backlit keyboard and a fingerprint reader, so users who rely on those features will want a different model.

What to check before ordering

Verify that the port selection matches your peripherals: one USB 2.0 Type A, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type C, one HDMI 1.4 and a combo audio jack. Confirm the 14.11 x 9.25 x 0.75 inch dimensions and 3.64 pound weight fit your bag or workspace. Ensure Windows 11 Home meets any software licensing requirements you have.

Questions about this item

Does the laptop need any extra cables to use the HDMI 1.4 port?

The HDMI 1.4 port is built in; a standard HDMI cable is all that is required to connect an external display.

Can I still use my older USB-A 2.0 peripherals with the USB-A 2.0 and USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports?

Yes, both USB-A ports are backward compatible, so USB 2.0 devices will work at their rated speed.

How can I verify the 10-core i7-1355U is running at its 5.0 GHz turbo after setup?

Open Task Manager, select the Performance tab, and watch the CPU frequency reach 5.0 GHz under heavy load.
