Dell Inspiron 3535 Touch Laptop

This 15.6 inch Full HD touchscreen notebook runs on an AMD Ryzen 7 7730U eight-core processor with 16GB DDR4 memory and a 256GB NVME solid-state drive. Windows 11 Home is pre-installed. The device includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity plus a 720p webcam for video calls.

Suits office and student use.

The integrated AMD Radeon graphics handle everyday productivity, web browsing and media streaming. Buyers who need dedicated GPU power for modern gaming, 3D rendering or heavy video editing should look elsewhere. The 256GB drive fills quickly with large project files or game libraries.

256GB NVME SSD storage capacity

The single 256GB NVME drive sets the total space available for the operating system, applications and user data. No additional internal drive bays are mentioned in the specifications. Plan for external storage or cloud backup if your workload exceeds this limit.

Questions about this item

How do I upgrade the memory on the Inspiron 3535, and which slot do people forget to check?

Remove the bottom cover, insert DDR4 modules into the two SO-DIMM slots up to 64 GB total; the second slot is often missed because it sits under the first.

Which component will need replacement first under heavy daily use?

The 45 W, 3-cell battery typically degrades before the 256 GB NVME SSD or soldered components.

What thermal limit appears first during sustained workloads on the Ryzen 7 7730U?

The processor throttles at its 4.5 GHz boost ceiling once the 45 W power supply and cooling reach equilibrium.
