Dell Inspiron 7000 14 2-in-1

This Dell Inspiron 7000 is a 14.0 inch convertible laptop with a 1920 x 1200 touchscreen. It runs on an Intel Core i7 1355U processor with 10 cores and Intel Iris Xe graphics. The system includes 16GB DDR4 memory and a 1024GB SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Pro and features a backlit keyboard plus fingerprint reader.

Who This Suits And Who Should Look Elsewhere

This device suits professionals who need a portable 2-in-1 for office applications, web browsing and video calls. The 10-core processor and 16GB RAM handle multitasking well. Buyers who want more storage or a discrete graphics card for intensive 3D work should look elsewhere. Gamers needing higher frame rates will not find them here.

Deciding Specification 10 Core Processor

The Intel Core i7 1355U has 10 cores with a base clock of 1.2 GHz and turbo up to 5.0 GHz. This core count determines how many threads the laptop can process simultaneously for business workloads. If your software scales across many threads, this specification makes the model the right part. If you rely on single-thread speed above all else, a different CPU design may serve you better.

Questions about this item

Will my existing USB-A 3.2 peripherals connect to the USB-A 3.2 port on this Inspiron 7000?

Yes, the laptop includes one USB-A 3.2 port so current USB-A devices plug in directly.

How can I verify the 1920 x 1200 touchscreen and Intel Iris Xe graphics are active after setup?

Open Display settings to confirm 1920 x 1200 resolution and touch input, then check Device Manager under Display adapters for Intel Iris Xe.

Does the box contain a stylus for the 14.0 inch touchscreen or must I buy one separately?

The supplier data lists no stylus; the package includes the laptop, a 4-cell lithium-ion battery and Windows 11 Pro, so a pen would be a separate purchase.
