Home Users Seeking a Convertible

This model suits people who want a touch-screen device for everyday work, media streaming and light creative tasks in a portable 14-inch form factor. Buyers who need a discrete graphics card for gaming or heavy rendering, or who require Thunderbolt connectivity for high-speed docks, should consider other options.

16GB DDR4 Memory Configuration

The system includes 16GB of DDR4 RAM, which determines how many applications and browser tabs you can keep open smoothly. This capacity is fixed and cannot be upgraded later, so verify it matches your multitasking needs before purchase.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 512GB M.2 PCIe NVMe drive and what step is often missed?

The drive is pre-installed in the M.2 slot; the step people miss is enabling the NVMe controller in BIOS before the first boot so Windows 11 recognises the full 512GB capacity.

What maintenance will the 16GB DDR4 memory and cooling system need later?

The 16GB DDR4 is soldered and not upgradeable; plan to clean the air-cooling vents and fan every 6-12 months to prevent thermal throttling on the Ryzen 7 5700U.

What limit appears first during sustained loads on the AMD Radeon graphics?

The 65W AC adapter and air-cooling design cap sustained performance; the 1.8GHz base clock drops under prolonged GPU workloads to stay within thermal and power limits.
