Genuine Dell LCD Back Cover Lid

Compatibility check before ordering

Verify that your laptop is an Inspiron Mini 9, Inspiron 910 or Vostro A90 before purchase. This cover is not compatible with other Dell models or any other brand. Ensure you need a replacement lid with integrated wireless antenna cables rather than a bare shell.

Build quality and daily implications

The OEM assembly uses Dell factory tooling so hinge mounts and screw bosses align without modification. Integrated antenna cables route through the existing channels for a clean reinstall. Blue finish matches the original chassis colour on supported units.

Questions about this item

Does the X207M lid include the screen panel and hinges, or only the blue cover and the two WLAN antenna cables?

The part is the back cover lid assembly in blue with the two wireless antenna cables already fitted; the display panel and hinges are not included.

Is this X207M cover the correct match for both the Inspiron Mini 9 910 and the Vostro A90, or are there separate part numbers?

Dell lists the same X207M part for the Inspiron Mini 9 910 and the Vostro A90, so one cover fits both models.

After fitting the X207M lid, will the existing WLAN card connect to the two antenna cables without extra adapters?

The two antenna cables are the standard WLAN leads used on these models, so they plug directly into the existing wireless card.
