Genuine Dell 15.6" LCD back cover

This genuine Dell original equipment part replaces the plastic back cover lid on a 15.6 inch Inspiron 15R N5010 or M501R M5010 notebook. It is the correct factory component for those specific models. Buyers who need a different screen size or a lid for another laptop series cannot use this item.

Includes WLAN antenna cables

The assembly arrives with the WLAN antenna cables already routed inside the lid, so the wireless antennas are ready to connect once the cover is fitted. Hinges are not included and must be transferred from the old cover or sourced separately. Builders who expect a complete hinge kit will need to obtain hinges elsewhere.

Durable plastic construction for daily handling

The moulded plastic shell is designed to withstand repeated opening and closing cycles typical of regular laptop use. It protects the LCD panel and internal antenna wiring from flex and impact during transport. Users who require a metal chassis or reinforced mounting points for heavy-duty environments should look for a different chassis style.
