Compact micro desktop for office work

The Dell OptiPlex 5060 Micro is a refurbished business desktop built around an Intel Core i5-8500T six-core processor running at 2.1 GHz with 9 MB L3 cache. It ships with 16 GB of memory and a 256 GB SSD, plus Windows 11 Pro 64-bit pre-installed. A USB keyboard and mouse are included in the box.

Step up from older dual-core or 4 GB systems

Replacing a machine limited to two cores or 4 GB of RAM yields a clear gain in multitasking responsiveness and boot speed. The jump is worth it when daily workloads involve several browser tabs, Office apps and background services running together. Buyers needing discrete graphics or user-replaceable expansion cards should look elsewhere.

16 GB memory and 256 GB solid-state storage

The 16 GB capacity handles typical business multitasking with comfortable headroom, while the SSD keeps the operating system and applications snappy. Storage can fill quickly with large local media libraries or heavy project files. Video output relies on two DisplayPort 1.2 connections; systems requiring HDMI or VGA need adapters.
