Refurbished 14-inch business laptop

The DELL Latitude 5420 is a refurbished Windows 11 Pro notebook built around an Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor with 16 GB of memory and a 256 GB SSD. It targets professionals who need a compact 14.0-inch FHD display and integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics for everyday office workloads.

Check ports and storage needs

Verify that two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, two USB Type-C ports, one HDMI output and one RJ-45 Ethernet jack cover your peripheral and docking requirements. The system ships with a 256 GB SSD and no mechanical drive, so confirm that capacity is sufficient or plan for external storage.

Replaces older 14-inch ultraportables

This unit upgrades from earlier dual-core ultraportables by adding a quad-core Tiger Lake CPU with 12 MB L3 cache and 16 GB of RAM in a 3.26 lb chassis. The jump is worthwhile when you need faster multi-threaded performance and a Grade B cosmetic condition at a lower cost than a new device.
