Refurbished Latitude 7420 Business Laptop

This refurbished Dell Latitude 7420 is a 14.0-inch business laptop with a touchscreen display. It runs on an Intel Core i7-1185G7 quad-core processor with 12 MB L3 cache and a 3.00 GHz base frequency. The system includes 32 GB of memory and a 256 GB SSD, and it ships with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit pre-installed.

Who This Suits and Who Should Look Elsewhere

Professionals needing a portable Windows 11 Pro machine with a responsive touchscreen and 32 GB of memory for multitasking will find this Grade A unit suitable. Buyers who want more internal storage than 256 GB, a dedicated graphics card for heavy rendering, or a larger screen should consider other models.

The Specification That Decides Fit

The 256 GB SSD capacity is the key constraint; it determines whether the laptop can hold your operating system, applications, and active project files without requiring external drives or cloud offloading.

Questions about this item

How does the 3.00 GHz base clock translate to everyday workloads on this quad-core i7-1185G7?

The four Tiger Lake cores run at 3.00 GHz base frequency with 12 MB L3 cache, giving responsive performance for office suites, browser tabs and light creative tasks without needing a discrete GPU.

What display interface does the integrated Iris Xe graphics use to drive the built-in 1920 x 1080 touchscreen?

Iris Xe Graphics shares system memory and connects through the processor's internal display controller, so the 14.0" FHD panel runs at its native 1920 x 1080 resolution without an external link.

What physical storage form factor does the 256 GB SSD use inside the Latitude 7420 chassis?

The 256 GB solid-state drive is mounted internally in the standard notebook slot; the chassis does not expose a user-accessible drive bay for this model.
