Refurbished Latitude 7420 for business users

This Dell Latitude 7420 is a refurbished 14.0-inch laptop graded in excellent cosmetic condition. It ships with Windows 11 Pro 64-bit and targets professionals who need a reliable daily driver without a new-unit price tag. The quad-core Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor handles standard office workloads and video calls smoothly.

32 GB memory and 512 GB SSD headroom

The system includes 32 GB of shared memory and a 512 GB solid-state drive, giving comfortable headroom for multitasking, large spreadsheets and local file caches. Integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics use system memory, so heavy 3D rendering or modern gaming will run out of graphics power quickly. Storage capacity suits typical business documents but leaves little room for large media libraries.

Grade A chassis with standard business ports

A Grade A rating means the chassis shows minimal wear, so the laptop presents well in client-facing environments. The non-touch 1920 x 1080 FHD panel keeps weight and power draw low while remaining readable in office lighting. Included power adapter and webcam support immediate deployment for remote or desk-based work.

Questions about this item

Can the 512 GB SSD and 32 GB memory handle the same workloads as my older Latitude with a mechanical drive?

The 512 GB solid-state drive and 32 GB of system memory provide much faster data access and multitasking headroom than a traditional hard drive, so everyday business applications will feel noticeably snappier.

How can I confirm the Intel Core i7-1185G7 and Iris Xe graphics are performing correctly after I set up the laptop?

Open Task Manager’s Performance tab to verify the quad-core processor shows four cores and 12 MB L3 cache, and run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool to confirm Iris Xe graphics are detected with shared video memory.

The listing mentions a Grade A cosmetic condition — what exactly ships in the box?

The package contains one refurbished Latitude 7420 laptop and one power adapter; no optical drive, docking station or additional cables are included.
